Website Privacy Notice

This notice covers slgstudio.com and emails you send to SLG Studio. Topping Twirl has not been released. Its intended audience includes children; game-specific privacy disclosures will be prepared before release, together with the final advertising and data-handling configuration. This notice is not the game's final privacy policy.

The website does not use cookies, analytics or ads. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser types and request times to deliver and secure the site. Store links are configured manually; no advertising SDK runs on a visitor's device.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. Google Workspace stores these emails for us. We use them to answer support and privacy requests, resolve problems and meet legal obligations. We retain emails for up to two years after your last message, longer only where a legal claim or legal obligation requires it.

Technical data is collected electronically through the website; contact data is collected through emails you send. The purposes are delivering and securing the website, answering requests and meeting legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal bases are legitimate interests, legal obligations and establishing, exercising or defending rights (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), (ç) and (e); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (c)).

Data may be disclosed to our email and hosting providers and to authorities where required by law. Providers may process data outside Turkey. The conditions and safeguards required for international transfers must be satisfied under KVKK Art. 9 and other applicable legislation.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and applicable laws where you live, you may exercise rights to information, access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint. Send requests to the address above or privacy@slgstudio.com. We respond free of charge within 30 days. We may request information needed to verify identity, but never a password. Parents may also request deletion of emails sent by their children.

You can request deletion through our data deletion page. The update date will change when this notice changes. The Turkish version applies to users in Turkey and the English version to everyone else.
